Interpanel Placement of Elementary Teachers in Secondary Vacancies. 37.08.01 Elementary Teachers who are qualified to teach in the secondary panel and who are surplus to the elementary panel, will be considered for any available secondary vacancies. The Board will inform the Local Union of the timing and process to allow Elementary Teachers to be considered for these vacancies.

  • Nurse Representatives The Employer agrees to recognize two (2) Nurse Representatives for the purpose of dealing with grievances and conducting Union interviews.

  • EMPLOYER AND UNION SHALL ACQUAINT NEW EMPLOYEES The Employer agrees to acquaint new employees with the fact that a Collective Agreement is in effect and with the conditions of employment set out in the Articles dealing with Union Security and Dues Check-off. The Employer agrees to provide the name, worksite phone number, and location of the new employee's xxxxxxx in the letter of hiring.   • Nurse Representatives & Grievance Committee (a) The Hospital agrees to recognize Association representatives to be elected or appointed from amongst nurses in the bargaining unit for the purpose of dealing with Association business as provided in this Collective Agreement.
