Interior Finish Package. As part of the Purchase Price, the Unit shall include the interior finish package ("Interior Finish Package") selected for the Unit as noted in Exhibit B to this Agreement. The Interior Finish Package is described in the Plans and Specifications, a copy of which is available for review by Purchaser in the manner set forth in Section 4(b) above, and is summarized in the interior finish summary available to Purchaser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, construction scheduling may have already required that Seller select the Interior Finish Package for the Unit, in which event the Interior Finish Package for the Unit shall be the selection already checked as shown on Exhibit B.

Interior Finish Package. As part of the Purchase Price, the Unit shall include the interior finish package ("Interior Finish Package") selected by Purchaser pursuant to Exhibit B to this Agreement. Purchaser’s Interior Finish Package selection must be submitted by Purchaser on or before the date that is seven (7) days following the Effective Date (the “Selection Deadline”). It is expressly understood and agreed by Purchaser that, due to construction scheduling critical to the development of the Project, Seller shall not be obligated to accept any Interior Finish Package selection submitted by Purchaser after the Selection Deadline and, in the event that Purchaser has not selected an Interior Finish Package by the Selection Deadline, Seller shall select on behalf of Purchaser one of the two Interior Finish Package selections, which shall be binding on Purchaser, and the Unit shall include the Interior Finish Package selected by Seller. The Interior Finish Package is described in the Plans and Specifications, a copy of which is available for review by Purchaser in the manner set forth in Section 4(b) above, and is summarized in the interior finish summary available to Purchaser. Notwithstanding the foregoing, construction scheduling may have already required that Seller select the Interior Finish Package for the Unit, in which event the Interior Finish Package for the Unit shall be the selection already checked as shown on Exhibit B.
Interior Finish Package. As part of the Purchase Price, the Unit shall include the following interior finish package: Option 1, Option 2, or Option 3 (the “Interior Finish Package”). The Interior Finish Package is summarized in the interior finish summary, a copy of which is included in the Disclosure Documents (defined below). If not marked herein upon execution of this Agreement, Purchaser shall have forty-five (45) days from the Effective Date to notify Seller of Purchaser’s Interior Finish Package selection. If, upon expiration of the forty-five (45) day period, Seller has not received notice of Purchaser’s preferred Interior Finish Package, Purchaser will be deemed to have selected Option 2.

  • Flexible Work Schedule A flexible work schedule is any schedule that is not a regular, alternate, 9/80, or 4/10 work schedule and where the employee is not scheduled to work more than 40 hours in the "workweek" as defined in Subsections F. and H., below.

  • ODUF Packing Specifications 6.3.1 The data will be packed using ATIS EMI records. A pack will contain a minimum of one (1) message record or a maximum of ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine (99,999) message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of ninety-nine (99) packs and a minimum of one (1) pack.

  • Flexible Work Schedules (a) Academic Professional staff members throughout the University may have, as indicated below, flexible work schedules. For example, Academic Professionals often travel on University business and/or work evenings and weekends. A flexible work schedule is defined as having established working hours different from the standard 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday schedule, to be followed by an employee for an agreed upon period of time.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Salary Schedule Placement All bargaining unit employees will have their base salaries set on the following salary schedule based on their years of service in their current job title and band. All employees who have been in their current job title and band for six or more years will have their base salaries set at the market salaries identified in the schedule for their job titles and band assignments. No employee will suffer a reduction in salary as a result of the pay schedule’s implementation.

  • Technical Specifications 1. A procuring entity shall not prepare, adopt or apply any technical specification or prescribe any conformity assessment procedure with the purpose or effect of creating an unnecessary obstacle to trade between the Parties.

  • Alternative Work Schedule An alternate forty (40) hour work schedule (other than five (5) uniform and consecutive eight (8) hour days in a seven (7) day period), or for hospital personnel an eighty (80) hour workweek in a fourteen (14) day period and other mutually agreed upon schedules that comply with applicable federal and state law. Employee work schedules normally include two (2) consecutive days off.

  • Packing Specifications 7.3.1 A pack will contain a minimum of one message record or a maximum of 99,999 message records plus a pack header record and a pack trailer record. One transmission can contain a maximum of 99 packs and a minimum of one pack.

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Alternate Work Schedule An alternate work schedule is any work schedule where an employee is regularly scheduled to work five (5) days per week, but the employee’s regularly scheduled two (2) days off are NOT Saturday and Sunday.
