INTERCONNECTION PURSUANT TO SECTION. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, Interconnection of the Parties' facilities and equipment pursuant to Section 4.0 for the transmission and routing of Telephone Exchange Service traffic and Exchange Access traffic shall be established on or before the corresponding "Interconnection Activation Date" shown for the State New Hampshire on Schedule 4.0. Schedule 4.0 may be revised and supplemented from time to time upon the mutual agreement of the Parties. Interconnection in the LATA shall be accomplished through either (i) a Fiber-Meet as provided in Section 4.2, Collocation as provided in Section 12.0, (iii) any other Interconnection method provided by applicable tariff, law, rule or regulation, or (iv) any other Interconnection method to which the Parties may agree.
