INTEGRATED PROGRAM MANAGEMENT. The Government shall manage the contract to ensure it meets production order deadlines set by the Government. The contractor shall provide technical direction and perform risk management, administration, and planning for all contract activities. The contractor shall coordinate with the Contracting Officer, Program Office, and other agencies in the execution of this contract.

INTEGRATED PROGRAM MANAGEMENT. The Contractor shall: • Use and maintain sound and disciplined integrated program management procedures and processes to plan, organize, staff, control and manage DO efforts • Assess and report statuses regarding the achievement of contract requirements • Provide integrated master schedules, contract work breakdown structures (to the lowest practical level), and other management data as required • Conduct Program Management Reviews (PMRs) with the Government at a period to be determined upon the award of a DO • Record the minutes of these PMRs, and make a draft of the minutes available to the Government prior to the adjournment of the PMR for mutual agreement between the Government and the Contractor • Support other program reviews as requested by the Government • Integrate and coordinate all activity required to execute the FPS4 contract • Manage the timeliness, completeness, and quality of all deliveries • Effectively manage subcontractors to ensure contract completion IAW FPS4 and DO requirements • Provide early and comprehensive risk or issue identification • Submit corrective action plans and proposals to mitigate risks or issues in a timely manner

  • Project Management Services Contractor shall provide business analysis and project management services necessary to ensure technical projects successfully meet the objectives for which they were undertaken. Following are characteristics of this Service:

  • STATEWIDE CONTRACT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM If the maximum amount payable to Contractor under this Contract is $100,000 or greater, either on the Effective Date or at any time thereafter, this section shall apply. Contractor agrees to be governed by and comply with the provisions of §§00-000-000, 00-000-000, 00-000-000, and 00- 000-000, C.R.S. regarding the monitoring of vendor performance and the reporting of contract information in the State’s contract management system (“Contract Management System” or “CMS”). Contractor’s performance shall be subject to evaluation and review in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Contract, Colorado statutes governing CMS, and State Fiscal Rules and State Controller policies.

  • Synchronization, Commissioning and Commercial Operation 4.1.1 The Power Producer shall give at least thirty (30) days written notice to the SLDC and GUVNL, of the date on which it intends to synchronize the Power Project to the Grid System.

  • PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 5.1 The Employee agrees to participate in the performance management system that the Employer adopts or introduces for the Employer, management and municipal staff of the Employer.

  • Programme Management The Government will establish a programme management office and the Council will be able to access funding support to participate in the reform process. The Government will provide further guidance on the approach to programme support, central and regional support functions and activities and criteria for determining eligibility for funding support. This guidance will also include the specifics of any information required to progress the reform that may be related to asset quality, asset value, costs, and funding arrangements.

  • Quality Management System Supplier hereby undertakes, warrants and confirms, and will ensue same for its subcontractors, to remain certified in accordance with ISO 9001 standard or equivalent. At any time during the term of this Agreement, the Supplier shall, if so instructed by ISR, provide evidence of such certifications. In any event, Supplier must notify ISR, in writing, in the event said certification is suspended and/or canceled and/or not continued.
