INSURANCE; MEDICAL EXAM. Employee agrees to take a physical examination to be performed by a medical doctor selected by the Employer. The cost of such exam will be borne by the Employer. During the term of this Agreement, Employee shall be required as a condition of employment to take an annual physical exam at the expense of the Employer. In addition, Employee agrees to take such physical examinations as may be required by the Employer in order for the Employer to purchase insurance on Employee's life in such amount or amounts as the Employer deems appropriate.
