Insurance Coverage for Employees. 11.1.1 If the Contract Price is $2,000,000 or more, Contractor shall, prior to the effective date of the Agreement, demonstrate to UTA that Contractor has and will maintain an offer of qualified health insurance coverage (as defined by Utah Code Xxx. § 17B-2a-818.5) for the Contractor’s employees and the employee’s dependents during the duration of the Contract.

The insurance certificate and policy shall indicate that the policy shall not be terminated by the insurance carrier without thirty (30) days’ advance written notice to City. All agents or Consultants of Consultant shall maintain such insurance.

  • Coverage i) It is expected that both job sharers will cover each other's incidental illnesses. If, because of unavoidable circumstances, one cannot cover the other, the unit supervisor must be notified to book coverage. Job sharers are not required to cover for their partner in the case of prolonged or extended absences.
