Instructional Support Positions. Teachers not placed in a regular classroom position as covered in Subdivisions 1-3 of this Section will be assigned an equitable work load in view of the varying responsibilities of the positions. Assignments would include computer coordinator, media, guidance, psychologist, enrichment coordinator, licensed school nurse, xxxx of students, due process facilitator basic skills coordinator, and such other similar assignments as established by the District. Preparation time for these assignments shall be flexible within the teacher work day following the limitations set forth in Subdivision 9 of this Section.

Preparation Time: Preparation time will be according to M.S. 122A.50. Within the student day, for every twenty-five (25) minutes of classroom instructional time, a minimum of five (5) additional minutes of preparation time shall be provided to each licensed teacher. Preparation time shall be provided in one (1) or two (2) uninterrupted blocks during the student day. Exceptions may be made by mutual agreement between the District and the exclusive representative of the teachers. One (1) period of at least thirty (30) minutes each day will be provided within the student contact day for preparation. Preparation time is exclusive of time required for the teacher transition. Schedules will reflect no fewer than a total of four (4) minutes for teacher transition.

  • Customer Service Support During the Term of this Agreement, VNDS will provide reasonable telephone and e-mail customer service support to Registrar, not Registered Name Holder or prospective customers of Registrar, for nontechnical issues solely relating to the System and its operation. VNDS will provide Registrar with a telephone number and e-mail address for such support during implementation of the Supported Protocol, APIs and Software. First-level telephone support will be available on a 7-day/24-hour basis. VNDS will provide a web-based customer service capability in the future and such web-based support will become the primary method of customer service support to Registrar at such time.
