Institutions of Higher Education. SYTE and the Cleveland Partners (through the Scholarship Board) will identify institutions of higher education (each an “IHE” and collectively the “IHEs”) for participation in the SYCS. To be eligible to participate in the SYCS an IHE must execute a memorandum of understanding setting forth its commitments (financial or otherwise) to SYCS. Prior to execution, such memorandum of understanding must be reviewed and approved by the Operating Committee.
