Account Sample Clauses

Account. The account with respect to which the Adviser shall perform its services shall consist of those assets of the Funds which the Client determines to assign to an account with the Adviser, together with all income earned by those assets and all realized and unrealized capital appreciation related to those assets (hereafter "Account"). From time to time, the Client may, upon notice to the Adviser, make additions to the Account and may, upon notice to the Adviser, make withdrawals from the Account.
Account. (a) The Subscriber shall make an account that has an effective e-mail address to use the SORACOM Air Global Service (the “SORACOM Account”). The Subscriber may make only one SORACOM account per e-mail address, unless otherwise expressly provided in the General Terms.
Account. The Company shall credit to a bookkeeping account (the “Account”) maintained by the Company for the Participant’s benefit the Restricted Stock Units. On each date that cash dividends are paid on the Shares, the Company will credit the Account with a number of additional Restricted Stock Units equal to the result of dividing (i) the product of the total number of Restricted Stock Units credited to the Account on the record date for such dividend and the per Share amount of such dividend by (ii) the Fair Market Value of one Share on the date such dividend is paid by the Company to stockholders. The additional Restricted Stock Units shall be or become vested to the same extent as the Restricted Stock Units that resulted in the crediting of such additional Restricted Stock Units, and Shares shall not be issued in settlement until the underlying Restricted Stock Units vest.
Account. Investor is acquiring the Securities for investment for Investor’s own account, and not with a view to, or for resale in connection with, any distribution thereof, and Investor has no present intention of selling or distributing any of the Securities. Investor understands that the Securities have not been registered under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (the “Securities Act”) by reason of a specific exemption from the registration provisions of the Securities Act which depends upon, among other things, the bona fide nature of the investment as expressed herein.
Account. Lender shall maintain on its books a record of account in which Lender shall make entries for each Advance and such other debits and credits as shall be appropriate in connection with the credit facility. Lender shall provide Borrower with periodic statements of Borrower's account, which statements shall be considered to be correct and conclusively binding on Borrower unless Borrower notifies Lender to the contrary within thirty (30) days after Borrower's receipt of any such statement which Borrower deems to be incorrect.
Account. The account with respect to which Subadviser shall perform its services shall consist of those assets of the Vantagepoint Inflation Focused Fund (the “Fund”), a separate Series of The Vantagepoint Funds, which Client determines to assign to an account with Subadviser, together with all income earned by those assets and all realized and unrealized capital appreciation related to those assets (hereafter “Account”). From time to time, Client may, upon notice to Subadviser, make additions to the Account and may, upon notice to Subadviser, make withdrawals from the Account. To the extent that such withdrawals shall reduce the assets of the Account to zero, Subadviser shall not be entitled to any fees as set forth hereunder for the period of time for which no assets are held in the Account, notwithstanding any termination provisions set forth in this Agreement.
Account. Account" means any right to payment for goods sold or leased or services rendered, whether or not evidenced by an instrument or chattel paper, and whether or not earned by performance.
