Inspections and class records. (a) The Obligors shall permit, and shall procure that any charterers and/or managers permit, one person appointed by the Agent to inspect each of the Rigs once a year for the account of the Borrower upon the Agent giving prior written notice.

(a) The Borrowers shall permit, and shall procure that any charterers and/or managers permit, one person appointed by the Agent to inspect the Vessels once each year for the account of the Borrower upon the Agent giving prior written notice. The Borrowers shall pay the costs of up to 2 (two) inspections throughout the term of the Facility.

(a) The Borrowers shall procure that the Agent's surveyor at the Borrowers’ cost, is permitted to inspect the condition of the Vessels once a year, if so requested by the Agent, provided always that such arrangement shall not interfere with the operation of the Vessels and subject to satisfactory indemnities approved by the P&I insurers.

For as long as no Event of Default has occurred, such inspection shall not interfere with the commercial planning/operation of the Vessel.

(a) The Obligors shall permit, and shall procure that any charterers and/or managers permit, one or more persons appointed by the Security Agent to inspect the Rig once a year for the account of the Lenders upon the Security Agent giving prior written notice as long as such inspection does not interfere with the operations of the Rig. The Borrower will in connection to such visit respond to questions provided in connection with such inspection. If a Default has occurred or in case a material class recommendation has been made against the Rig the person appointed by the Security Agent shall be allowed to make as many visits as the Security Agent deems necessary, such additional visits to be for the account of the Borrower.

(a) The Borrower shall permit, and shall procure that any charterers and/or managers permit, one person appointed by the Agent to inspect upon the Agent giving prior written notice the Drillship once a year, as long as such inspection does not interfere with the operation of the Drillship (unless there is an Event of Default which is continuing, in which case, the foregoing restriction shall not apply). Such inspection shall be for the account of the Borrower.
Inspections and class records. (a) The Ocean Rig Obligors shall permit, and shall procure that any charterers and/or managers permit, one person appointed by the Agent to inspect each of the Drillships once a year for the account of the Borrower upon the Agent giving prior written notice.
Inspections and class records a) The Borrowers shall upon the request of the Agent permit, and shall procure that any managers and charterers permit, one person appointed by the Agent to inspect the Vessels, limited to one time per twelve (12) months per Vessel, at the cost of the Borrowers. If the request is made following an Event of Default which is continuing, there shall be no limitation on the number of inspections per year. Unless there is an Event of Default, any inspection shall not interfere with the normal operation and trading of the Vessels.
