Inspections and class records. a) The Obligors shall permit, and shall procure that any charterers permit, one person appointed by the Agent to inspect the Vessels once a year for the account of the Borrowers upon the Agent giving prior written notice. For as long as no Event of Default has occurred, such inspection shall not interfere with the commercial planning/operation of the Vessels.
