Initiation of Group Grievances. a. Where members of the negotiating unit in one or more schools have a grievance, the chairman of the grievance committee, in the name of the Union at their request, may initiate a group grievance on their behalf. In such a case, a written grievance shall be filed originally with the superintendent, and information copies of the grievance shall be sent by the chairman simultaneously to the principal or principals of the employees involved.
