The president of the Association shall present a list of six (6) possible ESP representatives from which the Governing Board shall select to serve on each committee which considers working conditions and terms of employment. By following these rules, they should avoid injury to themselves or fellow employees. Strict enforcement of these safety rules will materially reduce the possibility that someone else will commit an unsafe act which could endanger them.
Selection of Committee. By November 1 of each year, an Association/Superintendent Liaison Committee shall be established to facilitate communication between the Association and the Superintendent. The purpose of this Committee is to discuss district-wide issues and concerns arising within the district. Its purpose is to provide a forum for communications regarding concerns pertaining to the smooth functioning of the educational system.
