Common use of Informal Visits Clause in Contracts

Informal Visits. 1. Informal visits may occur at any time during non-confidential school counseling activities to spot check ongoing counseling activities, assess compliance with established counseling practices and provide a vehicle for direct communication between counselor and administrator. As opposed to a formal observation or a walkthrough, informal visits will not generally result in a formal written report and/or a scheduled post-conference unless there is a concern observed that could negatively impact a counselor’s overall evaluation.
