Common use of Informal Conference Clause in Contracts

Informal Conference. In the event a dispute arises between or among any of the parties concerning their respective duties and obligations under this Agreement, each party shall be obligated to meet and confer with the other(s) in good faith, on reasonable notice, and at a mutually agreeable location. The parties agree that if any party refuses to participate in such a conference, or if such a conference fails to produce a mutually acceptable resolution of the dispute within fifteen (15) calendar days after the parties’ receipt of notice of the dispute, the other party or parties may submit the matter to mediation or arbitration pursuant to this Section 14.
