Informal Conference. The employee shall first discuss a complaint within fifteen (15) working days of the event causing the complaint or the date from which he/she should have known of the event in an informal conference with the appropriate principal or immediate supervisor, either directly or in the company of CSEA’s designated grievance representative with the objective of resolving the matter informally.
