Informal Complaint Stage. It is the mutual desire of the Parties that a complaint of an employee shall be resolved as promptly as possible. To that end it is understood that an employee has no grievance until she has first discussed her complaint with her immediate supervisor, Chair/Program Director, or designate without satisfaction.
