INCLEMENT WEATHER PAY. 18.1 Except as noted in Section 18.3 below, an employee who reports for work at the beginning of a shift and is unable to commence work due to inclement weather will receive three (3) hours' pay at the applicable rate. To qualify, the employee must remain at a protected place designated by the Employer for three (3) hours unless excused by an authorized representative of his Employer.
