INACTIVITY POLICY. Fees may be payable by you by virtue of the fact that the Trading Platform is continually provided to you for trading, regardless of your actual use. If there are no transactions (deposits, withdrawals or trading activity) on your Trading Account for a period of at least three (3) months or more, the Company reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee on your Trading Account, in return for the provision of the continued availability of your Trading Account. You agree that you are liable to and will pay the applicable fee as notified to you from time to time and that we may deduct such fee from any funds held by us on your behalf. INACTIVITY POLICY. 1. Fees may be payable by you by virtue of the fact that the Trading Platform is continually provided to you for trading, regardless of your actual use. If there are no transactions (deposits, withdrawals or trading activity) on your Trading Account for a period of at least three (3) months or more, the Company reserves the right to charge a monthly inactivity fee on your Trading Account, in return for the provision of the continued availability of your Trading Account as follows: following 3 months of inactivity a monthly inactivity fee of $10 per month shall be charged; following 6 months of inactivity a monthly inactivity fee of $15 per month shall be charged; and following 12 months of inactivity onwards a monthly inactivity fee of $30 per month shall be charged. You agree that you are liable to and will pay the applicable fee, as notified to you from time to time and that we may deduct such fee from any funds, held by us on your behalf.
