Inactive and Dormant Accounts. 10.1. An account shall be considered as Inactive in the absence of any activity for a period of ninety (90) consecutive days. Any Inactive Account, holding zero (0) balance / equity, shall be treated as dormant accounts. The Company reserves the right to close your account if classified as dormant within HYCM.

Inactive and Dormant Accounts. We may consider a Deposit Account to be “inactive” after a period of no owner-initiated activity (120 days). After a period of “inactive” status (120 days), we may consider a bank Account to be “dormant”, at which time it will be closed and funds sent back to your linked external account. If the account becomes inactive or dormant, the account will continue to be subject to any service charges in accordance with our schedule of fees. If an account becomes inactive we will notify you with specific instructions on how to restore the account to an active status.

Once funds have been turned over to the state, the Credit Union has no further liability to you for such funds, and if you choose to reclaim such funds, you must apply to the appropriate state agency.

For re-activation of Dormant Accounts, the Client must contact the Company regarding his/her wish to reactivate the Dormant Account. In order for the reactivation to be implemented, the Company reserves the right to request from the Client to submit information about his/her knowledge and experience, economic profile, source of wealth as well as documentation regarding proof of identity and proof of residence.

Inactive and Dormant Accounts. 37.1. A trading account shall be classified as Inactive Account where you have not proceeded with any transactions such as deposits, withdrawals and/ or any trading activity ( open/ close positions and place trades) for a period of at least 60 days or more.
Inactive and Dormant Accounts. If you have not made any transactions over a period specified in the Disclosures, we may classify your account as inactive or dormant. Unless prohibited by applicable law, we may charge a service fee, as set forth in the Disclosures, for processing your inactive account. If we impose a fee, we will notify you as required by applicable law, at your last known mailing address or by email, at your last email address of record. You authorize us to transfer funds from any other account of yours to cover any service fees, if applicable. We may charge a fee, as disclosed in the Disclosures, for processing accounts that are subject to unclaimed property. Once funds have been turned over to the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or applicable state, we have no further liability to you for such funds, and if you choose to reclaim such funds, you must apply to the appropriate agency.
