In-House Maintenance and Vendors. Manager reserves the right to utilize any qualified maintenance staff, contractors, or other service providers as may be selected by Manager, regardless of their affiliation with Manager, and Owner acknowledges Manager may use its personnel or other business in which Manager has a pecuniary interest to perform maintenance or services, including the following businesses in which Manager has a pecuniary interest: Xxxxxx Group Maintenance; whose billable rate requires a minimum first hour of $95.00 and $65 per subsequent hour. Manager may receive a direct or indirect benefit from such maintenance staff, contractors, or other service providers. This may include rebates, discounts and/or any other benefit. Manager shall xxxx Owner(s) at market rates for work completed specific to the scope of needed repairs. All maintenance shall be performed by vendors approved by and at the direction of the Manager at Manager’s sole discretion. At no time shall Owner contact the tenant directly without written approval by Manager. Any and all vendors outside of the Manager’s company shall be licensed, bonded and insured per state or local requirements prior to being allowed on the property.

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:

  • Maintenance and Support Company is solely responsible for providing any maintenance and support services with respect to the Company application, as specified in this Agreement, or as required under applicable law. You acknowledge that each App Distributor has no obligation whatsoever to furnish any maintenance and support services with respect to the Company application. (3) WARRANTY: Company is solely responsible for any product warranties, whether express or implied by law, to the extent not effectively disclaimed.   • Project Maintenance The Local Government shall be responsible for maintenance of locally owned roads and locally owned facilities after completion of the work. The State shall be responsible for maintenance of the state highway system after completion of the work if the work was on the state highway system, unless otherwise provided for in existing maintenance agreements with the Local Government.

  • Record Maintenance and Retention A. Grantee shall keep and maintain under GAAP or GASB, as applicable, full, true, and complete records necessary to fully disclose to the System Agency, the Texas State Auditor’s Office, the United States Government, and their authorized representatives sufficient information to determine compliance with the terms and conditions of this Grant Agreement and all state and federal rules, regulations, and statutes.

  • Network Maintenance and Management 36.1 The Parties will work cooperatively to implement this Agreement.
