NO GRANT OF OTHER TECHNOLOGY OR PATENT RIGHTS PATENT MAINTENANCE AND ENFORCEMENT As provided for in Article 7 of the Collaboration Agreement.

Within thirty (30) days of the EFFECTIVE DATE, PFIZER shall, if applicable, authorize and instruct any of its external patent counsel and agents managing any of PATENT PROSECUTION and PATENT MAINTENANCE to communicate with and act on the instructions of AXSOME regarding the further PATENT PROSECUTION and PATENT MAINTENANCE.
