In consideration for the. ECD Centre’s undertaking to provide the services contained in this Contract and the ECD Centre’s Policies, the Parent agrees to pay the fees and related costs as agreed, to the ECD Centre on or before due date, unless otherwise arranged by the Parties.
In consideration for the right of Buyer to purchase energy at the Energy Charge and on the other terms and conditions set forth herein, Buyer shall pay to Seller each month during the Delivery Term a Capacity Charge equal to the product of (i) the Capacity Charge set forth on Exhibit B times (ii) 20,000 kilowatts. The Capacity Charge shall under all circumstances be payable monthly in arrears pursuant to Article 9 throughout the Delivery Term, regardless of any other provisions contained in this Agreement or any other rights or obligations arising under this Agreement or otherwise, and whether or not Buyer actually takes any energy under this Agreement.
In consideration for the. OPPORTUNITY TO TAKE PART IN THE UAO EVENT AND FOR LIMITED ACCESS TO THE RESTRICTED AREAS on Sat. June 15, 2013, 8:30am-12n ,my signature below hereby releases, waives, discharges, indemnifies, and covenants not to sue the Urban American Outdoors (UAO), Kansas City Missouri Parks & Rec, and each of its members, owners, officers, directors, officials, agents or employees thereof, from all liability to the above signed minor, its personal representatives, assigns, heirs or next of kin for any and all loss or damage, and any claims or demands therefore on account of injury to person or property or resulting in the death of the MINOR (named above) and Guardian whether caused in while or in part by the part by the negligence of any party released herein while the MINOR/GUARDIAN is in or upon any RESRICTED AREA.
