Independent Consideration. Contemporaneously with the execution and delivery of this Agreement, Buyer has paid to Seller as further consideration for this Agreement, in cash, the sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) (the “Independent Consideration”), in addition to the Deposit and the Purchase Price and independent of any other consideration provided hereunder, which Independent Consideration is fully earned by Seller and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

Independent Consideration. Contemporaneously with the execution hereof, Purchaser shall deliver to Seller the sum of One Hundred and no/100 Dollars ($100.00), representing independent consideration for the Approval Period and Purchaser’s right to terminate this Contract during the Approval Period.
Independent Consideration. If Purchaser elects to terminate this Agreement for any reason and is entitled to receive a return of the Xxxxxxx Money pursuant to the terms hereof, the Escrow Agent shall first disburse to Seller One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($100.00) as independent consideration for Seller’s performance under this Agreement (“Independent Consideration”), which shall be retained by Seller in all instances.

Purchaser and Seller hereby acknowledge and agree that the Independent Consideration constitutes adequate and sufficient consideration for Purchaser’s right to purchase the Property and Seller’s execution, delivery, and performance of this Agreement, and that the loss of Purchaser’s ability to use the funds constituting the Xxxxxxx Money Deposit as provided in this Agreement constitutes further consideration therefor.
Independent Consideration. Seller and Buyer acknowledge and agree that One Hundred and No/100 Dollars ($100.00) of the Escrow Deposit shall be paid to Seller if this Agreement is terminated for any reason (the “Independent Contract Consideration”). Moreover, Seller and Buyer acknowledge and agree that the Independent Contract Consideration has been bargained for and agreed to as additional consideration for Seller’s execution and delivery of this Agreement. At Closing (defined below) the Independent Contract Consideration shall be applied to the Purchase Price. In the event this Agreement is terminated for any reason, Seller shall be entitled to the Independent Contract Consideration.
Independent Consideration. Seller and Purchaser acknowledge and agree that if the Deposit is to be returned to Purchaser pursuant to any of the provisions of this Agreement, the Escrow Agent shall retain One Hundred and 00/100s Dollars ($100.00) from the Deposit and shall pay such amount to Seller as independent consideration paid by Purchaser to Seller for Seller’s execution and delivery of this Agreement.

Independent Consideration. A portion of the amount deposited by Purchaser pursuant to Section 3.1, in the amount of One Hundred Dollars ($100) (the “Independent Consideration”) shall be earned by Seller upon execution and delivery of this Agreement by Seller and Purchaser. Seller and Purchaser hereby mutually acknowledge and agree that the Independent Consideration represents adequate bargained for consideration for Seller’s execution and delivery of this Agreement and Purchaser’s right to have inspected the Property pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. The Independent Consideration is in addition to and independent of any other consideration or payment provided for in this Agreement and is nonrefundable in all events. Upon the Closing (as hereinafter defined) or earlier termination of this Agreement, the Independent Consideration shall be paid to Seller.
Independent Consideration. As independent consideration for Seller’s entering into this Agreement to sell the Property to Buyer, Buyer shall deliver the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) to Seller through Escrow (“Independent Consideration”). In the event that Buyer terminates this Agreement in accordance with Section 3.4 above, Seller shall retain the Independent Consideration; in the event that Buyer does not terminate this Agreement as aforesaid, the Independent Consideration shall be applied to the Purchase Price at Closing.
Independent Consideration. Concurrently with Buyer's delivery of the Initial Deposit, Buyer shall deposit into Escrow the additional sum of One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) as independent consideration for Seller's execution of this Agreement (the "Independent Consideration"). Such Independent Consideration shall be non-refundable to Buyer under all circumstances, and upon the Closing, the Independent Consideration, together with all interest that accrues on the Independent Consideration while in Escrow Agent's control, shall be applied as a credit towards the payment of the Purchase Price.
