Impact Fee Facilities. Clinic Developer shall design and construct, using the City’s Executive Order Construction Process, a northbound to eastbound right turn lane in S. 00xx Xxxxxx at the Intersection of Victory Park Drive/L Street, including reconstruction of the traffic signals at said intersection at its cost and expense. These improvements will increase the capacity of S. 00xx Xxxxxx as an arterial street and add to the safety of traffic movements at this location. Upon completion of said improvements, the City agrees to reimburse the Clinic Developer the actual cost of designing and constructing the right turn lane and cost of the traffic signals from arterial street impact fees generated by the Phase A Private Improvements. Clinic Developer shall publicly bid the construction of these improvements through the City’s Purchasing Division.

Organization anticipates approximately the number of participants stated at Exhibit A and agrees to inform Alamo Colleges District of any significant changes five (5) business days in advance of a Use. Organization shall not admit a larger number of persons than can safely and freely move about the Facility. Alamo Colleges District shall notify Organization of the recommended capacity of the Facility and all decisions of Alamo Colleges District concerning questions arising under this Paragraph shall be final.

  • Generating Facility The Interconnection Customer’s device for the production of electricity identified in the Interconnection Request, but shall not include the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities.
