Immunities, Exemptions and Privileges. Each Member State shall take all legislative action and all administrative measures under its national laws necessary to enable the Agency to fully and effectively fulfil its object and purpose, and to carry out the functions entrusted to it. To this end, each Member State shall accord to the Agency, in its territory, the status, immunities, exemptions and privileges set forth in this Agreement, and shall promptly inform the Agency in writing of the specific action which it has taken for that purpose.
