Privileges definition

Privileges means exclusive privileges as set out in the E-Privilege which may be, from time to time, updated or amended by the Company;

More Definitions of Privileges

Privileges means all privileges that may be asserted under applicable law, including, without limitation, privileges arising under or relating to the attorney-client relationship (including but not limited to the attorney-client and work product privileges), the accountant-client privilege, and privileges relating to internal evaluative processes.
