Common use of Immediate family or household Clause in Contracts

Immediate family or household. 24.2.1 The entitlement to use personal leave for the purpose of xxxxx’s or compassionate leave is subject to the person in respect of whom the leave is being taken being either: • a member of the employee’s immediate family; or • a member of the employee’s household.
