IDENTIFICATION OF PARTNERS. The partners in this agreement will include the Occupational Safety and Health Administration's Kansas City, Omaha, St. Louis and Wichita Area Offices (OSHA KCAO, OAO, SLAO, and WAO, respectively) and the Builders’ Association. The administration and funding of the partnership program will be by The Builders’ Association. The Builders’ Association was organized on August 9, 1887 and incorporated on April 10, 1926. The Builders’ Association is a not-for-profit commercial contractor association and represents more than 1,000 union and non-union companies throughout Missouri and eastern Kansas, including some who operate in Nebraska. Participation in the partnership is strictly voluntary and is available to any member of The Builders’ Association who meets the qualification requirements of this program (specified in this agreement).

  • Identification Badges Identification badges will be supplied by Advanced Behavioral Health (ABH) to all credentialed individuals who are providing services to children. Badges must be presented to the child/youth and any present adults at the time of service and must be worn for the duration of the service. Badges will be updated every two years during the re- credentialing process. Any individual or agency who fails to submit a photo ID to ABH within the designated timeframe will have their credentialing status terminated.

  • Negation of Partnership Landlord shall not become or be deemed a partner or a joint venturer with Tenant by reason of the provisions of this Lease.

  • Non-Identification Approved Users agree not to use the requested datasets, either alone or in concert with any other information, to identify or contact individual participants from whom data and/or samples were collected. Approved Users also agree not to generate information (e.g., facial images or comparable representations) that could allow the identities of research participants to be readily ascertained.   • Identification When performing work on District property, Contractor shall be in appropriate work attire (or uniform, if applicable) at all times. If Contractor does not have a specific uniform, then Contractor shall provide identification tags and/or any other mechanism the District in its sole discretion determines is required to easily identify Contractor. Contractor and its employees shall (i) display on their clothes the above-mentioned identifying information and (ii) carry photo identification and present it to any District personnel upon request. If Contractor cannot produce such identification or if the identification is unacceptable to District, District may provide at its sole discretion, District-produced identification tags to Contractor, costs to be borne by Contractor.

  • Identification Card Any cards issued to Members are for identification only.

  • Personal Identification Number We will issue you a Personal Identification Number (PIN) for use with your Card at VISA NET automatic teller machines (ATM’s). These numbers are issued to you for your security purposes. These numbers are confidential and should not e disclosed to third parties. You are responsible for safekeeping your PIN. You agree not to disclose or otherwise make available your PIN to anyone not authorized to sign on your Accounts. To keep your Account secure, please do not write your PIN on your Card or keep it in the same place as your Card.

  • Your Member Identification Card Your BCBSRI member ID card is your key to getting healthcare coverage. It shows your healthcare provider that you’re part of the nation’s most trusted health plan. All BCBSRI members receive ID cards, which provide important information about your coverage. This card is for identification only, and you must show it whenever you receive healthcare services. Please note you must be a current member to receive covered services. Tips for keeping your card safe: • Carry it with you at all times. • Keep it in a safe location, just as you would with a credit card or money. • Let BCBSRI know right away if it is lost or stolen.

  • Contractor’s Staff Identification Contractor shall provide, at Contractor’s expense, all staff providing services under this Contract with a photo identification badge.

  • Identification Cards Identification (“ID”) cards are issued by Us for identification purposes only. Possession of any ID card confers no right to services or benefits under this Contract. To be entitled to such services or benefits, Your Premiums must be paid in full at the time that the services are sought to be received.

  • Personal Identification Number (PIN) 4.B.2.1. The Bank also provides the Cardholder with a Personal Identification Number (PIN), which is equivalent to the Cardholder’s signature. Although the Cardholder may change the PIN as many times as he wishes by inserting his Card in any ATM of the Bank (or anywhere else that the Bank may announce in the future) and following the instructions displayed on the screen, this number is strictly personal and the Cardholder must memorize it, refrain from recording it on the Card or any other document, even in disguised form, hide the ATM or EFT/POS keyboard when typing the PIN, avoid revealing it or giving it to third parties and generally prevent it from being revealed to any third party. It constitutes gross negligence on the Cardholder’s part to keep the PIN in any readable form. The PIN is produced electronically under strictly controlled security conditions that make its reproduction absolutely impossible and is notified to the Cardholder through one of the means stated in the letter accompanying the Card. The PIN can be used only with the Card for which it was issued.
