The litter box shall be located only in a non-carpeted portion of the unit (kitchen or bathroom). An assistance animal that is not housebroken may constitute a default of the Tenant’s agreement in the lease to keep the property neat and clean. In the event of an isolated incident, the Caretaker is responsible for immediately cleaning up and properly disposing of bodily fluids or solid wastes whether indoors or outdoors.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters.
