Common use of Hours of Vacation Clause in Contracts

Hours of Vacation. From the first (1st) day of employment, to and including the forty-second (42nd) full month of continuous employment, permanent employees shall accrue vacation leave at the rate of eight (8) hours per month of active employment, or the equivalent of up to ninety-six (96) hours per year (8 hours per month X 12 months = 96 hours per year).

Hours of Vacation. Hours of Vacation. From the first two hundred eighty-ninth (1st289th) day of employmentfull month, to and including the forty-second (42nd) all subsequent full month months of continuous employment, permanent employees shall accrue vacation leave at the rate of eight eighteen (1 8) hours per month of active employment, or the equivalent of up to ninetytwo-six hundred sixteen (9621 6) hours per year (8 18 hours per month X 12 months = 96 months= 216 hours per year).

Hours of Vacation. From the two hundred forty-first (1st24P1) day of employmentfull month, to and including the fortytwo hundred fifty-second (42nd252nd) full month of continuous employment, permanent employees shall accrue vacation leave at the rate of eight fifteen and thirty-four hundredths (8) 1 5.34) hours per month of active employment, or the equivalent of up to ninetyone-six hundred and eighty-four (961 84) hours per year (8 1 5.34 hours per month X 12 months = 96 1 84 hours per year).

From the first one hundred ninety-third (1st193rd) day of employmentfull month, to and including the fortytwo hundred twenty-second eighth (42nd228th) full month of continuous employment, permanent employees shall accrue vacation leave at the rate of eight fourteen (8) 1 4) hours per month of active employment, or the equivalent of up to ninetyone-six hundred and sixty eight (961 68) hours per year (8 1 4 hours per month X 12 months = 96 1 68 hours per year).

From the first two hundred fifty-third (1st253rd) day of employmentfull month, to and including the fortytwo hundred sixty-second fourth (42nd264th) full month of continuous employment, permanent employees shall accrue vacation leave at the rate of eight sixteen (8) 16) hours per month of active employment, or the equivalent of up to one-hundred and ninety-six two (961 92) hours per year (8 1 6 hours per month X 12 months = 96 1 92 hours per year).
