Hours in Paid Status. Hours in Paid Status" is defined to include all hours worked and time during which the employee is excused from work because of holidays, sick leave, vacation, compensating time off, or other paid leave of absence.

Hours in Paid Status. Hours in paid status shall not be interpreted to mean any service performed prior to entering into a probationary or permanent status in the classified service to this District.

  • CALL-IN PAY 14.01 An employee who is called in to work outside their regularly scheduled hours shall be paid a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their applicable rate whenever there is a break between the employee's regularly scheduled hours and the work the employee is called to perform.
