Home Enrollment Eligibility. For the term of this Agreement and subject to the provisions in Section 2.02 below, the Builder shall enroll each and every eligible home it and its participating Affiliates build in the jurisdiction (s) defined by PWSC where the Builder or its Affiliate is a participant in the PWSC Program. For each home enrolled, the Builder shall pay the non-refundable fees in the amount and time of payment which PWSC shall designate. In this Agreement. “Eligible home" means one constructed to conform to the standards described in Section 4.01 below and includes detached and attached single family dwellings, for-sale multi-family residential structures of four (4) stories or less and intended to be operated under a condominium or cooperative regime, and certain other qualifying residential structures as described in PWSC's Home/Structure Eligibility Manual, a copy of which shall be provided to the Builder.

Home Enrollment Eligibility. Builder shall have the right to enroll each home eligible for enrollment in the PWSC Program and on which close of escrow occurs during the term of this Agreement. PWSC shall have no administrative obligation relative to Builder’s warranties on homes not properly enrolled in the Program by Builder.

  • Client Eligibility Client eligibility and service referral are the responsibility of DDA under chapter 388- 823 WAC (Eligibility) and chapter 388-825 WAC (Service Rules). Only persons referred by DDA shall be eligible for direct Client services under this Program Agreement. It is DDA’s responsibility to determine and authorize the appropriate direct service(s) type. Direct Client services provided without authorization are not reimbursable under this Program Agreement.
