Examples of Dependent Eligibility in a sentence

  • Any person in a Subscriber’s family who meets all the eligibility requirements of the Eligibility and Enrollment section of this Certificate and the Dependent Eligibility section of the Schedule of Benefits, has enrolled in HMO, and is subject to Premium requirements set forth in the Premiums section of the Group Agreement.

  • Dependent Eligibility - Eligible dependents include spouse, dependent child(ren) from birth to age twenty-six (26) (who is/are unmarried, not employed on a regular full-time basis and dependent on the employee for support), and unmarried dependent child(ren) of any age who is/are incapable of self-support due to a physical or mental disability which arose prior to attainment of age twenty-six (26).

Related to Dependent Eligibility

  • Retirement Eligibility means attainment of age 60 and completion of at least five (5) years of continuous service with the Company.

  • Retirement Eligible means that the Participant has either attained age 55 and completed ten (10) years of Service as an Employee or attained age 60 and completed five (5) years of Service as an Employee.

  • Net Benefits Test means a calculation to determine whether the benefits of a reduction in price resulting from the dispatch of Economic Load Response exceeds the cost to other loads resulting from the billing unit effects of the load reduction, as specified in Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 3.3A.4 and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K-Appendix, section 3.3A.4.

  • Accrued Benefit have the meanings specified in ERISA.

  • Dependent child means a child residing in an individual’s household who may legally be claimed as a dependent on the federal income tax of such individual.
