Holidays on Day Off. Whenever a holiday will fall on an employees scheduled day off, the last normal workday before the holiday or the first normal workday following the holiday (whichever is closer) will be designated as the holiday. Whenever the holiday falls equally between workdays, the last workday before the holiday will be designated as the holiday.
