Holidays and Time. Any reference made with respect to time either in this Agreement or the EBT Standards is understood to be Eastern Prevailing Time. Further, Competitive Supplier hourly load determination and reporting is done consistent with the ISO-NE deadlines, observing ISO-NE Holidays.   • Place and Time The closing of the sale and purchase of the Shares (the “Closing”) shall take place at the offices of Xxxxx Xxxxx & Associates, PLLC, 0 Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxxx, X.X. 00000 on such date (the “Closing Date”) and time as the parties shall so agree. Except as agreed to by the parties, the Closing shall occur simultaneous with the execution and delivery of this Agreement.

  • Holidays and Vacation Executive shall be eligible to accrue up to four (4) weeks of paid vacation per year and will receive paid Company holidays in accordance with Company policy. Vacation accrues pro rata throughout the year.
