Eastern Prevailing Time definition

Eastern Prevailing Time means either Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Savings Time, as in effect from time to time.
Eastern Prevailing Time or “EPT” means Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Savings Time, whichever is in effect on any particular date.
Eastern Prevailing Time means the time prevailing on the East Coast of the U.S., taking into account daylight savings time if it is in effect.
