HEARINGS ABOUT MEETING NOTIFICATION RE- QUIREMENTS. On the motion of the Secretary or on petition of any interested person, the Sec- retary may conduct a hearing to decide whether the manufacturer has reasonably met the notifi- cation requirements under this section. Any in- terested person may make written and oral pres- entations of information, views, and arguments on whether the manufacturer has reasonably met the notification requirements. If the Sec- retary decides that the manufacturer has not reasonably met the notification requirements, the Secretary shall order the manufacturer to take specified action to meet those require- ments and may take any other action author- ized under this chapter.   • Required Meetings or Hearings Whenever any employee is required to appear before the Superintendent or his designee, Board or any committee, member, representative or agent thereof concerning any matter which could adversely affect the continuation of that employee in his office, position, or employment or the salary of any increments pertaining thereto, then he shall be given prior written notice of the reasons for such meetings or interview and shall be entitled to have a representative of the Association present to advise him and represent him during such meetings or interview.

  • Office of Inspector General Investigative Findings Expert Review In accordance with Senate Bill 799, Acts 2021, 87th Leg., R.S., if Texas Government Code, Section 531.102(m-1)(2) is applicable to this Contract, Contractor affirms that it possesses the necessary occupational licenses and experience.
