PERMANENT LABEL REQUIREMENT. The Secretary shall require a permanent label to be fixed to a motor vehicle granted an exemption under this section. The label shall either name or describe each motor vehicle safety standard prescribed under this chapter from which the ve- hicle is exempt. The Secretary may require that written notice of an exemption be delivered by appropriate means to the dealer and the first purchaser of the vehicle other than for resale. (Pub.   • Removal Requirement If Xxxxxx has actual notice that a Covered Person has become an Ineligible Person, Xxxxxx shall remove such Covered Person from responsibility for, or involvement with, Xxxxxx’x business operations related to the Federal health care program(s) from which such Covered Person has been excluded and shall remove such Covered Person from any position for which the Covered Person’s compensation or the items or services furnished, ordered, or prescribed by the Covered Person are paid in whole or part, directly or indirectly, by any Federal health care program(s) from which the Covered Person has been excluded at least until such time as the Covered Person is reinstated into participation in such Federal health care program(s).‌

  • Functional Requirements Applications must implement controls that protect against known vulnerabilities and threats, including Open Web Application Security Project (OWASP) Top 10 Risks and denial of service (DDOS) attacks.

  • Additional Requirements from Authorized Users An Authorized User may have distinct requirements that must be met by all individuals employed by or working for the Authorized User. The Contractor’s Staff Members will be expected to comply with these requirements as a condition of the placement.
