  • Justification for the Request The request for a supplemental funding for any of the above-mentioned programs should contain a justification clearly documenting the need for the additional funding authority during the current quarter. This documentation should be in the form of State accounting records or similar documents that will show the actual expenditures through the most recent month for which such data are available, as well as the State's most accurate projection of its anticipated expenditures during the remaining month(s) of the quarter. For either the TANF or the CCDF program, the State's justification should also include an explanation of the activities requiring the obligation and/or expenditure of amounts that exceed the normal quarterly grant award restrictions and why these activities could not have been delayed until the next quarter.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday‌ A team member who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double-time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double-time and one-half for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday. The scheduling of the lieu day shall be in accordance with Appendix 4.

  • Request for clarification of the report 1. Within 10 days of the release of the report, either of the disputing Parties may submit a written request to the Panel, a copy of which shall be sent to the other Party, for clarification of any items the Party considers requires further explanation or definition. 2. The Panel shall respond to the request within 10 days following the submission of such request. The clarification of the Panel shall only be a more precise explanation or definition of the original contents of the report, and not an amendment of such report. 3.   • Addressing Objections Raised During Public Comment Period The Parties agree that the procedure contemplated for public review of this Stipulated Order and the Regional Water Board’s or its delegate’s adoption of this Stipulated Order is lawful and adequate.
