Common use of Health Related Personal Leaves Clause in Contracts

Health Related Personal Leaves. Should an employee wish to take a personal leave of absence for a health-related purpose, the District may, at any time prior to the proposed leave, request the employee to provide a physician's certificate indicating that the employee presently is physically capable of performing the normal task of his or her job pending the effective date of leave of absence without jeopardizing the employee's health or safety of others.
