Common use of Health Insurance Labor-Management Subcommittee Clause in Contracts

Health Insurance Labor-Management Subcommittee. It is jointly agreed between CDSA and the City that the goal of the two parties is to establish a city-wide joint health insurance labor-management subcommittee under the labor management committee set forth in Article 36. In the event a city-wide labor management committee is not established pursuant to Article 36, the Employer and CDSA shall establish a joint health insurance labor management committee to carry out the intents and purposes of this Article 13.
