Hazardous Duties i. When an employee is called upon to perform a task which the employee considers to be hazardous and that his/her safety has not been reasonably protected, the employee is expected to bring the situation to the attention of the xxxxxxx or other immediate Supervisor. If not satisfied with the response of the xxxxxxx or immediate Supervisor, the employee may refuse to perform the task.

Hazardous Duties. 1. The employee undergoes evaluation by a Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) recommended by the MRO.
Hazardous Duties. In the event that the administration elects to require any staff member to perform any hazardous duties which necessitate the staff member use safety goggles, gloves, or other similar protective devices, the administration will provide same at no cost to the staff member.

  • Hazardous Materials Tenant shall not keep on the Premises any item of a dangerous, flammable or explosive character that might unreasonably increase the danger of fire or explosion on the Premises or that might be considered hazardous or extra hazardous by any responsible insurance company.

  • Hazardous Substances The words "Hazardous Substances" mean materials that, because of their quantity, concentration or physical, chemical or infectious characteristics, may cause or pose a present or potential hazard to human health or the environment when improperly used, treated, stored, disposed of, generated, manufactured, transported or otherwise handled. The words "Hazardous Substances" are used in their very broadest sense and include without limitation any and all hazardous or toxic substances, materials or waste as defined by or listed under the Environmental Laws.   • Hazardous Duty Pay Employees who have consented and are required to perform asbestos work will continue to be eligible for a 50% work differential for time spent performing such duties. Maryland Port employees who are currently covered under the $ 10.00 per hour, or 50% per hour of the hourly wage whichever is greater, chrome pay differential, will continue to receive differential. FAMILY RENTAL ONLY Reservations made for teenagers or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the unit at ALL times. All guests must be 25 or older unless their parent is in the condo. Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with forfeiture of all monies. FALSIFIED RESERVATION any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.
