Handover Packages. 42.3.1 For the purposes of facilitating the transfer of Concession Assets in accordance with Schedule 9 (Retransfer of Assets) to the Contracting Authority or any Successor Concessionaire on the expiry or early termination of the Concession Period, the Concessionaire shall, by not later than six (6) months after the Commencement Date, maintain and and annually update two (2) handover packages, each of which shall contain the information and objects set out in Schedule 9 (Retransfer of Assets) and such other information and objects as the Contracting Authority may reasonably specify from time to time as being reasonably necessary to facilitate the transfer of Concession Assets in accordance with Schedule 9 (Retransfer of Assets) to the Contracting Authority or any Successor Concessionaire.

Handover Packages. 22.3.1 For the purposes of facilitating the transfer of assets in accordance with Schedule 16 to LLA or any Successor Operator on the expiry or termination of the Concession Period, the Concessionaire shall maintain and regularly update two packages, each of which shall contain the information and objects set out in Schedule 8 and such other information and objects as LLA may reasonably specify from time to time as being reasonably necessary to facilitate the transfer of assets in accordance with Schedule 16 to LLA or any Successor Operator.

  • CONTRACTOR TO PACKAGE DELIVERABLES The Contractor will package deliverables in accordance with good commercial practice and shall include a packing list showing the description of each item, the quantity and unit price unless otherwise provided in the Specifications or Supplemental Terms and Conditions, each shipping container shall be clearly and permanently marked as follows: (a) The Contractor's name and address, (b) the City’s name, address and purchase order or purchase release number and the price agreement number if applicable, (c) Container number and total number of containers, e.g. box 1 of 4 boxes, and (d) the number of the container bearing the packing list.
