Notwithstanding the foregoing, Reveal's access requirements, security policies and the nondisclosure agreement, if applicable, shall in no way materially impede Customer, or a third party auditor selected by Customer, from conducting a Customer Audit.
Any third party performing such Customer Audit on behalf of Customer shall execute a standard nondisclosure agreement with Reveal with respect to the confidential processing and restricted use of information gathered in conducting the audit; and access to Reveal's facilities shall be subject to Reveal's reasonable access requirements and security policies.

Google will allow Customer or an independent auditor appointed by Customer to conduct audits (including inspections) as described in Section 7.5.2(a) (Customer Audit).
Google may object in writing to an auditor appointed by Customer to conduct any audit under Section 7.5.2(a) (Customer Audit) if the auditor is, in Google’s reasonable opinion, not suitably qualified or independent, a competitor of Google, or otherwise manifestly unsuitable.

The third party must execute a written confidentiality agreement acceptable to BlackLine or otherwise be bound by a statutory confidentiality obligation before conducting the Customer Audit.
BlackLine will contribute to such Customer Audits by providing Customer or Customer’s Supervisory Authority with the information and assistance reasonably necessary to conduct the Customer Audit, including any relevant records of Processing activities applicable to the Hosted Service ordered by Customer.
