A Group Leader may under the direction of a Supervisor: • assign work to other employees, • co-ordinate Associate Designation work, • deal with production issues, • train employees on any operation, • assist employees with quality issues and in-process quality inspections, and • Co-ordinate in-process quality inspections done by other employees.
