Common use of Group Health Benefit Plan Clause in Contracts

Group Health Benefit Plan. The Employer shall continue to cost-share premiums for coverage under the group health benefit plan including AD&D, life insurance, medical and dental coverage and LTD with those employees who are covered by the plan on the basis of 65% Employer paid and 35% employee paid.

(a) The Employer shall continue to cost-share premiums for coverage under the group health benefit plan including AD&D, life insurance, medical and dental coverage and LTD with those employees who are covered by the plan plan. Effective on the basis date of signing this Agreement, the Employer shall pay 65% Employer paid of the premium and employees shall pay 35% employee paidof the premium.
