Grievance Procedure Step 3. ‌ Should the grievance remain unresolved, or the time limit for a reply at Step 2 not be met, the Union may, within 20 working days, refer the matter to the Vice-President, Human Resources or their designate. The Vice-President, Human Resources or their designate, shall investigate all matters pertaining to the grievance and reply in writing to the Union within 20 working days of receipt of the grievance at Step 3.
