Grievance Investigation. The Corporation recognizes that Stewards may be required from time to time to investigate disputes arising from the interpretation, application, or operation of the Agreement. The Union recognizes that each Xxxxxxx is employed full-time by the Corporation and that the Xxxxxxx will not leave work during working hours without first receiving permission from their non- bargaining unit supervisor, which will be granted provided the employee can be spared without materially affecting the operation of the department.
