GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENTS. 20.1 This Agreement and all the terms thereof shall be subordinate to every employment provision in any contract which the Employer may bid for or enter into with any public or quasi-public or governmental body for the performance of work covered by this Agreement, and the parties hereto agree to conform to and abide by any restrictions or requirements regarding employment contained in such contract.
